JW-EL5 is developed based on advanced electroluminescence (EL) imaging technology. By applying a specific forward voltage to photovoltaic modules, it excites the solar cells to produce electroluminescence effect, and then captures the luminescence image with a high-sensitivity infrared camera. It accurately identifies various internal defects such as 0.1mm level hidden cracks, broken grids, fragments, PID effect, virtual welding, black heart, black edge, etc. that cannot be detected by the naked eye. The device is equipped with a 24.16 million level high-definition infrared camera, coupled with optimized optical system and multispectral sensing technology, which can quickly obtain high signal-to-noise ratio clear images under complex lighting conditions such as strong light, weak light, and backlight, completely solving the problems of outdoor imaging blur and defect detection in traditional equipment. Simultaneously supporting multi angle detection, paired with a 1.85-meter carbon fiber tripod, the height and angle can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to the front and side detection of components in different scenarios such as ground, roof, and water surface, with no blind spots for detection.
